Register With Wildflower Visitation

Get started with Wildflower Visitation, using the contact information form below to send us some basic information. Please allow 48 hours for us to reach out once you’ve submitted your information.

Step 1: Non-Custodial & Custodial Parents

The non-custodial parent should be the person who initiates the intake process by filling out the Contact Information Form. Once Wildflower Visitation has received your application, we will contact you within 48 hours in order to complete the intake process.

Step 2: Document Review

After completion of the Contact Information Form by both non-custodial and custodial parents, you will be asked to submit several documents for review. These documents include any parenting plan (temporary or final) and/or order of protection (OP) as applicable.

Step 3: Intake Appointment

Upon review of these documents, intake appointments are scheduled with the non-custodial and custodial parents at which time payment is due ($35.00 to be paid by the non-custodial parent).

Best Family Service Facility - Hands Down! Provides a safe welcoming environment for visitations during complicated family situations. The staff is nothing but accommodating and has been tremendously helpful from scheduling visits, updates after visitations and following all protocol to the highest standard. Custodial parents can feel safe knowing that visits will go smoothly and that specific needs will be met! I feel as though the visiting parents also benefit from a comforting setting where they know they are not being judged.
